Refund policy
Refund & Cancellation Policy – Nova Grace Designs
At Nova Grace Designs, each piece is thoughtfully created and often customized specifically for you. Because of the time, design work, and digital nature of our products, we maintain the following policy:
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this period, work may have already begun and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
Digital & Custom Design Products
Due to the custom and digital nature of our designs, all sales are final once design work has started or files have been delivered. We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the client
- Failure to review proofs before approval
Design Process & Revisions
We work closely with you to ensure your design is exactly what you envision. Proofs are provided for review and approval before final delivery or print. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review all details (including spelling, dates, and layout). Once final approval is given, Nova Grace Designs is not responsible for any errors.
Printing & Production
If print services are included, minor color variations may occur due to differences in screen displays and printing processes. These variations are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds.
Exceptional Circumstances
If there is an error made on our end, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
